By submitting your site/s or companies for a FREE review, you agree that should Adult Web Police receive a undesirable number of complaints about your site(s) or company that upon being contacted by SEX-Webmasters of the complaints, your site/s or companies will attempt to rectify the situation and give a satisfactory explanation as to the cause. Failure to do so within reasonable time period may result in the removal of all listings , and public chronological posting of the situation until resolved in the Adult Web Police section of this web site.

To have your site or company reviewed for listing in A Society for Ethical X-rated Webmasters^TM is easy. However, we do not list every site or company that submits to us. All submissions must at least meet the 4 minimum submission rules as stated below.

4 Minimum Submission Rules must be met by ALL:
1) We ONLY accept sites that offer FREE services to adult webmasters.*
2) We do not accept sites that we believe to have taken part in un-ethical business practices i.e. taking part in the trading and/or use of still and/or live streaming images representing, implying or depicting acts of child pornography, incest, bestiality, rape as well as warez, passwords and/or MP3 sites, or any site containing acts of violence.
3) We do not accept sites on free web hosting i.e. geocities, etc.
4) We DO require a return link to our homepage http://www.sex-webmasters.com before we will review your submission for listing.
*Pay services such as adult web site hosting services will be listed at our discretion.

Adult Revenue Program listing criteria that we take into consideration
1) Adult Revenue Programs must always cut checks to pay affiliate webmasters the agreed amount the agreed date/s, according to the Terms of Service. Unless of course the affiliate webmaster has been caught practicing un-ethical behavior and cheating deliberately. In that case we recommend sponsors contact the Adult Web Police and voice their concerns.
2) Adult Revenue Programs must provide a reliable customer and technical support services within a reasonable time.
3) Adult Revenue Programs must state their Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Spam policies clearly on their web site for all webmasters to easily access. These terms must lack any confusing terminology.
4) Adult Revenue Programs must have valid and accurate contact information posted on their web site, including business mailing address, telephone and fax numbers and an active email address.
5) Adult Revenue Programs must provide accurate and 3rd party verifiable statistics of sign-ups as well as tracking stats to all affiliates.
6) Adult Revenue Programs must clearly state any conversion or productivity ratios, which are required for any programs in their Terms of Service.
7) Click-Thru Programs must count both raw and unique and state clearly the terms of service and payouts on both.
8) Click-Thru Programs which only pay out on 2nd page clicks must pay out on all clicks to pop-ups, exit or entry console banners as well as be able to proof the capabilities of tracking ALL such clicks.

Content Provider listing criteria that we take into consideration

4)Content Providers must provide content which is both lawful and licensed and must not include child pornography, either implied, depicted, suggested or written, based on the U.S. Codes.
